Our story began with Anthony and Lianne, ignited by a passion discovered in sunny California back in 2011. Since then, we've been on an incredible journey, sharing the joy of stand-up paddleboarding, actively shaping the Paddle UK SUP White Water paddling pathway and contributing to the growth of this dynamic sport.

Meet Anthony, a specialist in white water with a wealth of river experience. An accomplished instructor dedicated to unlocking the potential in everyone, Anthony's journey began at the age of 8, navigating his way up the coaching ladder to become the youngest to achieve the highest BCU qualification, the Level 5 coach. Ant’s grown from humble beginnings to become a technical advisor for Paddle UK and coach educator in white water SUP.
His global travels, spanning North America, Slovenia, Norway, Albania and Austria, have established Anthony as a trailblazer in white water Stand Up Paddleboarding, continuing to push the boundaries of SUPable drops worldwide.
Ant is proudly a sponsored Team Palm Rider #TeamPalm, showcasing his expertise in the field. His skills have not gone unnoticed, as he's been sought after for numerous extreme outdoor sports film shoots.
Beyond his adventurous pursuits, Anthony finds immense joy in teaching and cultivating aspiring white water SUP enthusiasts, sharing his profound passion for this rapidly growing sport.

Meet Lianne, the friendly face behind the scenes at SUPUK. When booking your sessions, you'll have the pleasure of interacting with her as she leads the way in the SUPUK office. Beyond her administrative role, Lianne is also a flat water paddleboarding and archery instructor, always eager to join sessions whenever possible. In the picturesque Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in North Wales, Lianne finds joy in sharing the sense of freedom and tranquillity that SUP offers. Outside of work, she keeps fit in the great outdoors with SUP pup Russell and indulges her passion for baking sweet treats.
