We are proud to say we are one of the first and only providers of white water stand up paddle boarding in the UK back in 2010. We offer introductory lessons aimed at those who would like to transfer their flat water paddling skills to the river. After kitting up and safety briefing you will head onto the water beginning with still/slow moving water steadily progressing to faster moving waters including features such as rapids and wave trains throughout the session. We begin on our knees and as you develop skills and gain confidence you can try your hand at standing!
We run group sessions for those who want to conquer the white water together with their comrades perhaps for a stag, hen do or family weekend. - The half day intro sessions last up to 3.5 hours, including getting kitted and safety briefing. Sessions start from 9am or 1:30pm.
- Minimum age is 16. Under 18's must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Our courses are delivered by Paddle UK certified instructors who are all qualified in first aid.
- We provide wetsuits, buoyancy aids, helmets, paddles and paddle boards.

Intro to White Water SUP Half day (Minimum of Two/group rate) - only £59pp (+ online booking fee)
This is our group rate, you may be on session with other members of the public. We need a minimum of two people to viably run the session, so if you book for just one person we may contact you if minimum numbers are not met.
